The Steve Thompson Band – A Year in Pictures

It’s that time of year so here’s a review in pictures of the past year of the Steve Thompson Band.

For posters and fliers, we adopted the image of my red acoustic on which I wrote most of my 80’s stuff set against an industrial image by Kev Howard

the vocalists started to arrive initially Lorraine Crosby and Mick Whitaker and we moved to Newcastle from our base at the Customs House in Middlesbrough for vocal rehearsals.

On September 28th, we performed our first show which was a showcase review at Nemix Studios, Newcastle. It was very well received.

Me and Terry Slesser went into Custom Space Studios South Shields to record his track for the CD “Out-Takes, Rarities and Demos” to be given away free at out December show.

Then we have a new song and a new singer Kerrianne Covell who will join us for our Live Theatre Show.

We got a big boost when Metro Radio’s, Alan Robson gives the band a great deal of support

on December 14th we performed our last show for 2016 at The Live Theatre Newcastle. It was very well received.
